This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of shift operations within a highly secure, mission-critical environment, with clear progression routes into senior management positions such as Power Manager or Technical Manager. Role Overview: As HVAP Data Centre Shift Manager, you will lead a team of shift engineers, overseeing all aspects of critical systems operation and maintenance. You will have full responsibility for HV switching schedules, operational planning, and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of services.
