The ideal Sales Negotiator

* Ability to problem-solve
* Comfortable speaking and meeting new people every day and posses excellent communication skills
* Valid UK Driving license
* Committed to working on the weekend
The role of a Sales Negotiator
* You will organise, conduct, and gather feedback from viewings on properties
* Registering new applicants
* Negotiate offers between the Vendor and Buyer
* Generate new business and new clients
* Book Valuation appointments
Package on offer (open to negotiating based upon experience)
* £20,000 Basic salary
* Car Allowance
* 10% commission structure that rises to 20%
* 3 month guaranteed salary
