We are working with a leading Contract Catering and looking for an Executive Head Chef for a newly opening contract in Central London. This is a Monday to Friday role and minimal evenings are planned with lunch service being the priority.
The Executive Head Chef will oversee a kitchen team of 5 where the main focus is high end fine dining catering for UHNW clients on a daily basis. There is a small staff dining operation but this is looked after by a Sous Chef the Exec will focus on the Fine Dining side
The client is looking for a Michelin level food offer and we require an Executive Head Chef who has cooked to the highest levels in their career and wanting to continue to cook at this level but with a much better work / life balance. Catering for Private Dining and meeting rooms, this will be a 5* Hotel feel / Michelin Restaurant / Business Class Lounge setting.
The Executive Head Chef will be able to showcase their skill and ability to impress clients on a daily basis. You will need extensive experience and can show a solid and stable career cooking to the highest level. Michelin* Experience is beneficial for this role as it is the clients expectations and required standards.
