Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Geography lessons to students in KS3/4 Develop curriculum materials that foster a deep understanding of geographical concepts and global awareness. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Participate in departmental meetings, professional development, and school events. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Geography, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Teaching certification/licensure in Geography or related subject. (QTS/QTLS) Proven experience in teaching Geography Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
