M&E Project Manager - Student Accommodation
An experienced M&E Project Manager is required to act as the on-site lead for the full mechanical and electrical package on a £7m student accommodation project based in Wimbledon.
This is a delivery-focused role, overseeing the project from site establishment through to commissioning and handover, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme, quality and commercial targets are met.
Role Overview
On-site lead for the full M&E package
Managing subcontractors across mechanical and electrical disciplines
Coordinating programme, logistics and sequencing with the wider site team
Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
Chairing and attending site meetings

Strong background in residential or student accommodation schemes
Confident managing subcontractors and site teams

SMSTS / CSCS preferred Package
£350 per day (CIS)
