KeyResponsibilities:
* Managingavariedcaseloadofcommercialpropertymattersfrominceptiontocompletion,including:
* Acquisitionsanddisposalsofcommercialproperties(freeholdandleasehold).
* Landlordandtenantmatters(newleases,leaserenewals,assignments,surrenders,variations).
* Propertyfinanceandsecuredlending.
* Developmentwork,includingsiteacquisitionsanddisposals,conditionalcontracts,andoptions.
* Easements,covenants,andotherproperty-relatedagreements.
* Providingcomprehensiveandpracticallegaladvicetoclients.
* Buildingandmaintainingstrongclientrelationships.
* Activelyparticipatinginbusinessdevelopmentandmarketinginitiatives.
* Supervisingjuniorfeeearnersorparalegals(dependingonexperiencelevel).
* Keepingup-to-datewithrelevantlegaldevelopmentsandbestpractices.

* Demonstrableexperiencemanagingadiversecaseloadofcommercialpropertytransactionsindependently.
