Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield (Hybrid flexible, 3 days in office/travel to sites)
Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum + car allowance

Dignity is seeking a qualified, visionary Head of Health & Safety to join our Property Team, a role that is absolutely pivotal to our ongoing success and operational integrity.

What we're looking for
* Proven experience in a senior health and safety leadership role, ideally in a multi-site or complex operational environment.
* In-depth knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and best practice.
* A track record of driving cultural change, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
* NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) essential; further qualifications (NVQ Level 5/6, IOSH Trainer, IIRSM membership) are a plus.
* Outstanding communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
