Purpose of the Job
Deliver the new communication and engagement strategy in key countries and lead key innovation projects.
Responsibilities
* Lead Brand and Beauty Crafters team to sustain brand growth.
* Lead core and future core innovation projects.
* Drive brand transformation with a unified brand world.
* Execute communication and engagement activities across digital, social, and media.
* Build an engagement platform and create content that enables precision marketing.
* Collaborate with agencies to develop creative assets.
* Design holistic brand experiences and develop repeatable communication models.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
* 10+ years in Marketing with experience in Beauty/Premium & social‑first brands.
* Consumer obsession, aesthetic sense, analytical rigor.
* Strong eye for beauty and deep understanding of media landscape.
* Global brand experience, especially LATAM and Asia.
* Experience designing storytelling brand engagement experiences.
* Leadership and creative work experience.
Location
Based in 100 Victoria Embankment, London, with hybrid working options.
