Job Summary
Were looking for a driven and ambitious
Business Development Representative to join our rapidly growing clients based near the West Bromwich area.
In this role, youll play a key part in expanding client bases and driving sustainable business growth. Youll take ownership of identifying new opportunities, developing strategic plans, and building long-term client relationships that deliver mutual success.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow the companys portfolio.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Use CRM software to manage leads, track progress, and maintain accurate client records.
Build and nurture strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
Work closely with marketing to develop persuasive proposals and impactful presentations.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Negotiate and close deals that align with company goals and client needs.
Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven experience in
business development or sales
Strong understanding of
CRM systems
and customer relationship management.
Excellent
strategic planning and analytical skills, with a focus on actionable insights.
Demonstrated success in
negotiation and deal closure .
Solid
project management
capabilities, from planning to completion.
Exceptional
interpersonal and communication skills
with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Pay: £12.21-£14.50 per hour
