As Sales Director, you will work proactively with the senior Aimbridge team to develop a commercial plan that aligns with the business objectives and promotes the hotel in accordance with our brand standards.
You'll be a networking champion, establishing and growing a strong local and nationwide network by utilizing existing contacts and forming new relationships.
You will serve as a key communication link between senior stakeholders and commercial partners, managing relationships to secure new business and expand existing opportunities.
On property, you will collaborate with the Hotel General Manager and Revenue team to develop strategies to retain and grow the business. You will also lead the sales and events team to deliver high-quality services that meet objectives and standards.
As a leader and influencer, you should inspire trust, identify new opportunities within existing and new client groups, and coach your team accordingly.
Prior sales experience within the hospitality industry, particularly in an above-property role, is essential, especially experience in strategic bids and development discussions.
You should have a strong external network and industry awareness to develop strategic relationships, fostering partnerships and collaborations that support the hotel's innovation agenda.
You need to be an action-oriented self-starter, capable of leveraging existing leads and spotting new opportunities across multiple hotels and locations.
A constant focus on performance is crucial, with regular engagement with brand partners to align expectations and ensure consistent results.
The hotel comprises 305 keys across the Hyatt Place Hotel and Hyatt House Apartments, located in Leeds City Centre, offering meeting rooms, a rooftop bar, and extended stay apartments with F&B services.
This strategic sales leadership role involves managing corporate accounts and MICE clients to drive revenue, requiring strong commercial acumen and a proven sales track record in corporate sectors.
