Are you a Civil Engineer looking to take the next step in your career? Our growing Civil Engineering team in Liverpool is looking for a skilled and motivated Engineer to join a collaborative group of design specialists.
You’ll join a supportive team of professionals working across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure, drainage, highways, and masterplanning projects.
Whether you’re already operating at Senior level or are ready to take that next step within the next 6–12 months, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise and contribute to transformational infrastructure projects across the North West and beyond.
About the Role
This role offers exposure to a broad range of civil and infrastructure design work, including:
* Infrastructure design and technical advisory support for major regeneration schemes.
* Drainage, earthworks, levels, and flood mitigation strategies.
* Design of new access junctions and estate-wide drainage systems.
* Residential developments with highways and adoption packs (S104, S38, S278).
* Large-scale feasibility studies and new town masterplanning.
* Urban highway and junction design, including signalised layouts.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience producing civil engineering designs and reports for planning applications.
* Strong knowledge of AutoCAD; familiarity with Civil 3D or hydraulic modelling is advantageous (training provided).
* Experience in one or more of the following: drainage, highways, flood risk, earthworks, or external works.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) and working towards IEng or CEng status.
