In this role, you will support pupils in their learning and development, helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment. Responsibilities as a Primary Teaching Assistant: Provide support to pupils in the classroom, both individually and in small groups. Assist with the delivery of learning activities and interventions. Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil engagement. Work closely with teachers to ensure pupils’ learning needs are met. Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school environment. Requirements for Primary Teaching Assistant: Experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills. Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude in supporting pupils. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
