The role & responsibilities:
We are seeking a Store Leader eager to advance their career by overseeing a passionate team at The Athletes Foot Carindale Store.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader looking to progress in retail. The right candidate will work closely with the Store Manager to drive high performance, successful team development, and operational initiatives.
The role also involves engaging in local community activations, partnering with sporting events, and managing relationships with healthcare professionals. This is more than a typical retail role, with significant work happening outside the store to promote brand growth.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Experience as a full-time/senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC
* A motivated and driven 'Make it Happen' attitude
* A passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed
* A proven track record in driving sales and meeting KPIs and targets
* Operational expertise in stock control and visual merchandising
