Description of the role and responsibilities
As Technical Coordinator, you will be expected to manage design aspects from planning through to completion whilst managing and monitoring site progress. You will be responsible for costs, budgets, design and the consultants involved, liaising with architects and sub-contractors to coordinate technical information throughout the project team. You will work closely and report directly to the Head of Technical Design and will provide good support to the technical department.
