I am delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing digital and content agency working with premium, luxury, and high-growth ecommerce brands. They are looking for a Performance Director to lead and elevate their entire digital function. This is a senior leadership position reporting directly into the founder, with full oversight of Paid Media, CRM/Retention, and Organic Social.

The Opportunity
The agency is entering its next phase of growth with a strong roster of high-end clients, an expanding creative team, and increasing demand for performance-led digital work. They’re now looking for a leader who combines:

You will be responsible for building a high-performing digital department, strengthening cross-team collaboration, and driving quality, clarity, and consistency across delivery.
What You’ll Lead
Team & Leadership
* Lead, mentor, and develop Paid Media, CRM/Retention, and Organic Social specialists.
* Set clear standards, growth plans, and ways of working.
* Support future hiring and help shape the structure of the department as the agency scales.
Performance Strategy
* Oversee all paid activity across Meta, TikTok, Google PPC, and emerging channels.
* Drive innovative creative testing methodologies and performance frameworks.
* Ensure all strategies balance platform best practice with commercial insight.
Operational Excellence
* Build and refine processes across briefing, creative development, reporting, and delivery.
* Remove bottlenecks, improve workflow, and ensure the team operates efficiently and at a high standard.
Client Leadership & Commercial Growth
* Act as senior strategic lead across key premium/luxury clients.
* Develop and present financial growth plans, forecasts, and investment strategies.
* Elevate client understanding of performance, budgets, and long-term scaling opportunities.
Creative & Data Integration
* Champion the importance of strong creative in performance outcomes.
* Translate data into clear stories, insights, and recommendations.
* Ensure reporting is both commercially meaningful and strategically actionable.
New Business
* Support pitches and proposals with performance insight and strategic recommendations.
* Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and evolve agency capabilities.
What You Bring
* Senior agency experience leading digital teams.
* Expertise across Meta, TikTok, Google, and multi-channel paid strategy.
* Strong understanding of CRM, lifecycle marketing, and customer retention.
* Ability to read, interpret, and act on client financials (MER/ROAS, CAC/LTV, forecasting).
* Experience planning and scaling budgets at mid–high six-figure annual spend levels.
* Operational excellence: process building, workflow optimisation, and team structure.
* A blend of commercial intelligence and creative sensitivity.
* Calm, confident leadership with the ability to set direction and uphold standards.
* Experience with premium or luxury brands is a bonus, not essential.
