We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Therapy Assistant to join our friendly, dynamic therapy team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive multidisciplinary environment, helping patients to regain and improve their quality of life, building confidence and improving their daily living and mobility skills.

What you’ll be doing:
* Delivering therapy treatment plans developed by qualified Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists
* Supporting patients with personalised exercise programs, functional mobility, and daily tasks like personal care
* Working one-to-one and in group settings to help patients regain independence
* Accurately documenting patient progress using our electronic patient record system (basic IT skills required)

This post is full time, 37.5 hours a week, part-time hours will be considered and is based in Crawley Hospital.
