Job Description:
Based in Tunbridge Wells, TPF Recruitment is recruiting for a Corporate Tax Manager to join a highly reputable (Top 10) firm of chartered accountants.
This role offers a great work-life balance and excellent career prospects. You will work mainly with owner-managed businesses, reviewing compliance work and providing advisory services to a diverse portfolio, including start-ups, LLPs, and Ltd companies. The primary responsibilities include:
* Providing corporate tax compliance and advisory services to support the Corporate Tax Director for a client portfolio.
* Maximising fee income and developing new consultancy work.
* Managing a team of four corporate tax staff, ensuring quality and efficiency, and staff development.
* Overseeing the compliance cycle and reviewing CT600 returns.
* Reviewing work of junior team members to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
* Responding to client queries and managing billing processes.
* Providing advice on a wide range of corporate tax matters, domestic and international.
* Attending client meetings and liaising with external agencies.
Requirements
* Qualified ACA/ACCA/ATT/CTA/STEP or equivalent experience in corporate or mixed tax backgrounds.
* Experience in advisory and planning tax within an accounting or tax boutique firm.
* Background from small firms to Top Tier, seeking career development and progression.
* Salary range of £60,000 - £75,000, negotiable based on experience.
