School run support - The PA would need to be at the individuals home address at 08:20 to support with walking the child to school for 08:40. The PA would need to be at the school for pick up at 15:20 and walk the child home.

Tasks/duties: accessing the community eg. going for walks/coffee/accessing shops in town. Getting into groups, getting out and about and low level To support with School runs during term time.
Client main diagnosis: Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) which can cause non-epileptic seizures and blackouts. Client recognises symptoms of the onset of a seizure, and those around them are able to recognise the symptoms of a blackout.
