Support Worker - Female
Part Time: 25 to 30hrs a week, rolling rota
Are you an experienced Support Worker with a passion for making a difference? We are looking for a Female support worker on a part time basis to join our established team to support a lady along side another staff member. You will be supporting her to live a safe, fulfilled life, seeing family and friends, attending drama and craft groups, going on holidays, going to cinema.
Promote and support to maintain independence
Prompting Personal Care, supporting when needed
Moving and Assisting, use of wheelchair and supporting around PEG - we train all staff in these areas!
Supporting with Medication
Supporting to maintain her home, cooking, cleaning and laundry
It would be a rolling working - 24/7 support plus sleep shifts, two out of 4 weekends
Shift starts at 9am - 10pm + sleep in followed by 7am - 9am
We're looking for people with flexibility to work on a rolling rota basis that includes weekdays and weekends.
Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to allow a healthy work life balance- something we're passionate about!
