We are looking to appoint two dedicated and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitors to join our busy, city centre firm. The successful candidates will play a vital role in managing property transactions, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring smooth conveyancing processes for our clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, contributing to high-quality service delivery in residential property law. *Duties** Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Draft and review legal documentation.
* Conduct property searches and liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and clients to facilitate transactions.
* Provide clear legal advice on property law, contractual obligations, and potential risks associated with transactions.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements throughout the conveyancing process.
* Maintain accurate case files and ensure all deadlines are met efficiently.
* Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication. *Qualifications** Qualified Solicitor specialising in residential conveyancing.
* Proven experience managing residential property transactions independently.
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favourable terms for clients.
* Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

* Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of service delivery.
