Key Duties:
1. Plan and organise your workload to ensure all transactions are completed timely.
2. Undertake monthly balance sheet reconciliations using Blackline software for payroll deductions and pharmacy.
3. Investigate any reconciling items on the reconciliations.
4. Provide cover for processing payments and updating the cash book, including CHAPS payments.
5. Assist in process improvement initiatives to ensure processes within the Financial Accounting section are efficient and effective.
6. Support the calculation of provisions related to Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury, and Redress, including control account reconciliations through Blackline.
7. Support the production of Annual Accounts, including working papers and notes.
Minimum qualifications, previous accounts experience, and strong IT skills, particularly spreadsheets, are essential.
