The role:
We are offering a newly qualified Solicitor opportunity in our thriving Commercial Property team.
You will work with a team of experienced lawyers to provide a quality service to clients, including real estate developers, investors in property, along with a range of other private sector businesses.
The team are very well regarded and have exposure to hands-on experience from day one. This role would suit someone who enjoys client contact and works well under pressure.

Our Commercial Property team is one of the fastest-growing real estate practices, having more than doubled income and significantly strengthened the team over the last two and a half years. With the support of Planning and Construction, we have one of the best integrated teams. We act for local and national developers, pension funds, venture capitalists, and foreign investors on projects throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities
* liaising with clients in a professional and empathetic manner
* providing assistance to senior fee earners and partners on a broad range of real estate matters, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, portfolio management work, and landlord and tenant matters
* working as part of a wider team that has a depth and breadth of experience and expertise across most industry sectors, and in every area of Commercial Property law
* handling enquiries efficiently
* working to strict deadlines
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* previous experience in real estate matters within a law firm during your training contract is essential
* strong IT skills
* exceptional communication skills
* the ability to manage files effectively
* an appreciation of office financial procedures
* the ability to work well under pressure
* a high degree of initiative and lots of enthusiasm
* confident interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with clients and across the team
