What You’ll Do
* Take ownership of design development and coordination on high-profile residential projects.
* Manage all project stages, from concept through technical delivery.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to maintain design integrity.
* Produce and oversee technical documentation, ensuring compliance with UK building regulations.
* Mentor and support junior architects, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
What We’re Looking For
* ARB registered architect with 10+ years of experience.
* Proven track record delivering residential projects, ideally large-scale.
* Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
* Strong knowledge of UK planning and building regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Please note: must have a one month notice at maximum.
Salary & Holiday Allowance
* £50,000 – £60,000 per annum.
* 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas closure.
