Finance Operations Co-ordinator
The Role
Ramsay Health Care UK is part of a global hospital operating group and one of the leading independent healthcare providers in England. With 35 hospitals and growing, we deliver exceptional care to both private and NHS patients. Join us as a Finance Operations Co-ordinator and play a key role in ensuring accurate data collection and smooth financial processes across the hospital.
You’ll act as the vital link between the hospital and Finance Hub, supporting the Head of Finance to implement actions that maximise revenue capture. From managing NHS reconciliations and resolving billing queries to liaising with clinical teams and ensuring compliance, your organisational skills and proactive approach will help maintain financial accuracy and efficiency.
What You’ll Bring With You
1. Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise under pressure
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Sound numerical and IT skills, including Excel and MS Office
4. Experience in a business office or finance role within healthcare
5. Understanding of healthcare billing processes (private and NHS)
6. Working knowledge of hospital EPR systems (Maxims) and finance systems (SAP IS-H)
7. Ideally, Level 3 or Level 5 CMI qualification (or equivalent)
