You'll play a vital role in helping students build confidence, develop key skills and achieve success both inside and outside the classroom. The Role Working closely with the school's Accelerated Learning Team, you will provide targeted support to students through a combination of classroom assistance, intervention work and pastoral support. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to develop literacy, numeracy and communication skills. Providing in-class support for pupils with additional needs, including SEMH, ADHD and ASD. Helping students regulate behaviour, build resilience and re-engage positively with learning. Delivering targeted interventions and adapting resources to meet individual learning needs. Maintaining accurate records of student progress and intervention outcomes.
