Job Title: Groundworker
Location: Olton, Birmingham
Rate: £17 per hour (PAYE)
Duration: Ongoing until January
Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting experienced Groundworkers to join a housing estate project in Olton, Birmingham. The successful candidates will be working as part of a team on a live site, carrying out all aspects of groundworks to support the ongoing build programme.
Duties will include:
* Kerbing, edging, and paving
* Drainage installation and repairs
* Concreting and finishing works
* Slabbing and general finishing works
* Trenching and ducting
* General site duties as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Groundworker on housing or civil projects
* CSCS card (essential)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Own PPE
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* 07:30 16:30 (some flexibility may be required)
