Overview
This role involves facilitating the recruitment process, finding some of the best talent within different industries, making sure they are the perfect match for the job, enabling the company to continue to grow and maintain the elite-level standards set.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide a highly effective recruitment service to both the Biggin Hill and London offices
* Ensuring standardisation of recruiting processes and procedures
* Developing and managing a talent pipeline that is in line with the business current and future requirements
* Partner with HRBP's and Hiring Managers to achieve all recruitment and resourcing needs.
* Implement internet and social media strategy campaigns
* Has a keen interest in recruitment metrics and data reporting of relevant to assess effectiveness of recruiting programs and talent hired.
* Uses metrics to feed into TA strategy and improve TA performance.
* Able to work with data accurately, create dashboards and spot trends and patterns.
* Support the team in employment branding, talent attraction and retention initiatives
* Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, testing etc.)
* Create positive candidate experience, ensuring a memorable journey throughout the whole process
* Manage Preferred Supplier List (PSL) by developing working relationships with agencies and monitoring performance.
* Onboard new agencies, manage agency relationships and review PSL as needed.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment requirements
* To provide appropriate, consistent, valuable and effective Talent & Resourcing advice and guidance
* Bring innovative ideas to the team that could enhance process or employee experience.
* Keep abreast of external recruitment trends and actively share amongst the team.
* To drive continuous process improvement across recruitment
* To consider DE&I in all recruitment decisions.

* To complete all mandatory training within specified timelines.
* To operate safely at all times in line with Company health and safety requirements.
* To undertake other duties within your capabilities as your Department Manager or Team Manager may assign to you from time to time.
This role is 4 days a week in the Biggin Hill office with occasional travel into the London office
