Were looking for a Financial Accountant to join the team at Saint-Gobain Professional Services in East Leake. This is a great opportunity for someone who is part-qualified in ACCA or CIMA and looking to develop their career in a collaborative finance environment supporting well-known brands across the business.
Working as part of a supportive finance team, youll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of financial information and supporting core accounting processes across the organisation.
What youll be doing
* Preparing and posting accounting and transactional entries for internal clients
* Completing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring accuracy across accounts
* Supporting the month-end close process and financial reporting
* Assisting with VAT returns and tax-related queries
* Working closely with stakeholders across the business to resolve accounting issues
* Supporting continuous improvements in financial processes and controls
* Supporting the development of junior members of the team through coaching, guidance, and knowledge sharing
What were looking for
* Part-qualified ACCA or CIMA (essential)
* Experience with balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processes
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
* Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
* Confident working with stakeholders across finance and the wider business
* Experience in industry or practice is welcome
