Description Workplace: Leeds (travel to other office locations involved; Manchester and London) Department- Workplace Technology, TechZone Working pattern - 8am - 6pm (shifts) Duration: 18-20 months (This is a full time role from Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week) Contract - Fixed Term Contract Qualification: L3 Digital Support The team Workplace Technology is a pivotal department within ITV, they provide us with all the tools to do our jobs efficiently and successfully. The department is forever innovating to ensure that ITV employees have the best systems and tools available. The role will require you to work collaboratively with other Workplace Technology teams to resolve incidents and deliver on requests. You will be brought on the journey to deliver the Workplace Technology strategy and roadmap which will provide ample opportunity for your own personal growth and development. The role Take ownership of incidents and see them through to completion with assistance from other members of the team Troubleshoot, support and provide information to assist in incident resolution. Able to translate technical implementations into business friendly explanations and to demo functionality. Encourage and foster feedback from stakeholders and peers. Contribute towards documentation and process creation. Create material to allow end-users to self-serve. Providing direct end user support with exceptional customer service skills. Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria) Passionate about technology Understanding of the importance of cybersecurity Proactive, self motivated User experience focused Excellent organisational skills Excellent written and verbal skills Team player Other things we’re looking for (key criteria) A clear understanding & passion for the apprenticeship role you are applying for as well as ITV Have a willingness to learn new skills with the appropriate training Demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude You will be friendly and approachable, respectful to all of your ITV colleagues You’ll have the ability to maintain a positive attitude, even when under pressure and working to deadlines Eligibility/Entry Criteria As this is a L evel 3 Appr enticeship, we require you to have/be predicted to achieve the below qualifications GCSE Grades (or equivalent) C/4 or above in English and Maths plus 2 other subjects There is no upper age limit to an Apprenticeship, we would encourage applications from anyone leaving school, all the way to looking for a career change. Please see below to check you meet the eligibility criteria: You have lived within the UK/EEA for a minimum of 3 years consecutively You meet the entry criteria for the apprenticeship as listed above You have not completed a degree/same level qualification in a similar subject to the role you are applying for You cannot have achieved the qualification already and you must not already be in full time education at the point of enrolment Your application will be assessed clearly as outlined on the application form.
