Job Summary
Laura's travel provides concierge travel to her loyal customers, offering bespoke travel quotes and bookings, tailored to their requirements. This role is crucial to ensure continuation of service, customer retention and brand reputation. Laura's Travel is uniquely positioned in a luxury area, with longevity and an exciting future ahead. Being an extension to Laura, looking after all things administrative will allow the continuation of new bookings, whilst ensuring excellent customer service for all existing confirmed bookings.
Responsibilities
* Issuing confirmations and tickets
* Dealing with changes - supplier driven
* Dealing with changes - customer initiated
* Ad hoc administrative tasks
* Provide a high level of customer service
* Problem solving
* Concierge Service both pre and post departure
* Phone cover for both internal and external customers
* Balance collections
* Report running
* Selling basic Travel products
Requirements
* Knowledgeable in travel administration desirable but not essential
* Back office system knowledge
* Customer service skills
* Eye for detail
* Able to prioritise workload - work under pressure
* Reactive to change
* Good team player
* Good communication skills
* Flexible and adaptable
* Potential to sell with future training
