We're seeking a Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support the Southern Region, partnering closely with two dynamic Regional Managers and their Area Management teams.
What you’ll be doing:
As our Regional HRBP, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our people strategy and providing expert HR guidance across your region. You’ll act as a true business partner, working proactively with senior operational leaders to support performance, engagement, and development of our nursery teams.
