Your new role
This housing litigation solicitor role will see you handle a caseload of pre and post litigated housing disrepair cases. You will assess cases, prepare letters of claims, instruct and advise surveyors, manage the court process, liaise with Counsel and oversee the settlement process.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a housing litigation lawyer who has gained a broad spread of housing litigation and housing disrepair experience. With good client care skills, you should be a well rounded team player.
