What you will do:
* Independently review Looked After Children Reviews, Secure Accommodation Reviews, Child Sexual Exploitation meetings, and Missing from Care meetings in line with statutory requirements and local authority guidance.
* Ensure that all meetings are conducted effectively and outcomes are actioned to improve children’s welfare and safety.
* Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to promote and safeguard the welfare of children, ensuring that all practices align with the regulatory framework.
* Maintain accurate and timely records of reviews and meetings, ensuring transparency and accountability.
* Provide expert guidance and support to the team and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and professional excellence.
