We are currently recruiting a dynamic QTS teacher to join our team of supply educators to support schools across Watford and the surrounding areas. This exciting opportunity offers a minimum availability of 2 days per week, covering classes across both Key Stage 1 + Key Stage 2. If you are looking for a role that allows you flexibility, as well as a range of experiences working across different schools, this is the perfect role for you!
Requirements of your Supply Teacher role:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)- essential
2. Proven experience teaching across KS1 and KS2
3. Passion for inspiring young minds and fostering a positive learning environment
4. Flexibility and adaptability to cover various classes and subjects
5. Strong classroom management skills
6. Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities of your Supply Teacher role:
7. Deliver engaging and interactive lessons tailored to the needs of diverse learners
8. Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
9. Follow school policies and procedures while on assignment
10. Provide constructive feedback and support to students to encourage their academic and personal growth
11. Collaborate with fellow educators and school staff to promote a cohesive learning community
