Duties Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression Answer incoming calls promptly, directing enquiries to the appropriate departments Manage appointment scheduling and calendar organisation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Perform data entry tasks accurately into systems such as QuickBooks and other databases Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail Maintain organised filing systems both physically and digitally Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and invoice processing using QuickBooks Support administrative projects as required, including preparing reports and presentations Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times
