Support development of Assets Division by driving sustainable growth, statutory compliance and governance, and retention and development of our client base. Contribute to Bellrock Consulting’s growth and financial performance by growing the customer base and delivering a professional service.
Responsibilities
 * Support development of the Assets Division and drive sustainable growth, statutory compliance and governance, and retention and development of our client base.
 * Assist in growing the customer base so that Bellrock Consulting positively contributes to the growth and financial performance of the business overall.
 * Be a proactive team member within the Asset Division, ensuring the company culture and behaviours are displayed.
 * Undertake survey work as directed by Service Lead or Lead Consultant.
 * Assist with project progress meetings where necessary, and keep the Lead Consultant / Service Lead informed of progress.
 * Take a senior role in projects and have responsibility for surveyors.
 * Work collaboratively with other divisions to achieve Bellrock Consulting targets and present a seamless approach to clients.
 * Ensure the delivery of a professional and exceptional service to clients and develop the network to work collaboratively with all contacts, managing and offering new business activity for all services across the business with a focus on Bellrock Consulting services.
 * Attend and contribute to Asset Division CPD Meetings.
 * Support colleagues where appropriate. Proficient IT use to ensure deliverables can be issued in a timely manner.
 * Adhere to Concerto CRM, CASE and Quality Management processes.
 * Develop the Assets service line, working with the Head of Department.
 * Support other Bellrock Consulting BU s.
 * Ability to support and train surveyors and new staff as required.
 * Follow industry practice and legislation to deliver competent Assets Services.
 * Creates new and imaginative approaches to work related issues; identifies fresh approaches and questions traditional assumptions.
 * Demonstrate personal motivation, enthusiasm and career commitment.
Qualifications
 * Reasonable knowledge of the Building Surveying market, with up to 5 years direct experience.
 * Ability to deliver M&E Asset Surveys; experience in Building Services, particularly Mechanical and Electrical.
 * High degree of direction, self-reliance, assertiveness and willingness to learn.
 * Strong planning, communication and people skills with a hands-on approach.
 * Ability to influence diverse groups and engage internally and externally.
 * Entrepreneurial approach to business with a focus on growth opportunities.
 * Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
 * Good negotiation skills based on strong commercial/financial acumen.
 * Passion and enthusiasm to succeed.
 * Ability to travel UK-wide; some overnight stays may be required.
Working Arrangements
We embrace smarter working practices with flexible hours and remote options where role and business needs allow. The successful candidate would be home-based with travel to sites. Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
