Overview
Join to apply for the Talent Acquisition Administrator role at Stantec. This is a full-time permanent position, based in Reading or Birmingham. Hybrid Working: 3 days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
* Working as part of a busy team, you’ll support our recruiters in finding and hiring the best talent. This is a varied and fast paced role. You will support our team with coordination duties such as scheduling interviews, managing large datasets and posting job adverts.
* You will produce periodic reporting and undertake data analysis. You will issue contracts and manage the onboarding of candidates, ensuring compliance and governance are in place.
* You'll enjoy a great variety of work, where no two days are the same.
About You
* With great communication skills and a strong sense of urgency, you will act as a ‘conductor’ to help drive effective activity within our team. You will have proven administration experience, ideally within a HR or Talent Acquisition environment.
* You are pro-active, methodical and thorough with good attention to detail. You pride yourself on being responsive, and are interested in working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, particularly face to face and over the telephone is important. A passion for Talent Acquisition is a must.
