We’re looking for a hands‑on Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue, and help shape our vendor partnerships for 2026 and beyond.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets.
* Build smart sales plans to grow revenue and margin across existing and new client accounts.
* Manage pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting to ensure accuracy, business growth and efficiency.
* Take a hands‑on approach to coaching, mentoring, and motivating the team, including setting targets and KPIs, fostering a high‑performance, accountable structure.
* Work closely with leadership to align sales strategy and vendor solutions with company goals.
* Support your team in closing key deals and driving new opportunities.
* Work with leadership, marketing, and support to keep R-Com the easiest partner to work with.
* Provide performance updates to senior leadership with investment suggestions and corrective actions.
What You’ll Bring:
* Knowledge of software and hardware solutions, digital workspaces, licensing requirements, and data analysis.
* Proven success managing B2B sales teams in IT, tech, or consulting.
* A strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
* Own and maintain a personal pipeline and meet your sales targets.
* Use company CRM tools effectively to track and manage opportunities.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
* Confident working on‑site full‑time in Stockport.
* Full UK driving licence and your own car.
* Bonus: VMware Cloud experience or an existing vendor/client network.
