People, Culture & Payroll Lead
North Norfolk | £40,000-£50,000 | Full-time, Permanent
We are working exclusively with a well-established, values-led organisation in North Norfolk to recruit an experienced HR & Payroll professional for a key leadership role.
This is a hands-on position, combining operational HR, employee relations and end-to-end payroll, with the opportunity to take ownership of people processes and support the business through an important period of transition.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading day-to-day HR operations and employee relations
* Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and best practice
* Managing end-to-end payroll and statutory reporting
* Overseeing recruitment, onboarding and HR documentation
* Supporting wellbeing, engagement and performance initiatives
About you:
* Proven experience in an HR leadership or management role
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and payroll
* Confident handling sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
* Ideally CIPD qualified (Level 5+) and/or CIPP qualified or qualified by experience
* Sage payroll experience beneficial
* Full UK driving licence required
