The roleAs an Asset Finance Support Executive for the Marketplace team you’ll be working closely with the Asset Finance Manager, to support our customers throughout the journey from application to payout. Managing all kinds of equipment funding via 3rd party lenders you will be required to Work closely with internal and external teams, ensuring that transactions are processed quickly and accurately to ensure that customers receive a great service.

What will you be doing?
4. Gaining an in-depth knowledge of lender processes and requirements
5. Become an expert in Asset Finance processes and deal structures
6. Work closely with the sales team to ensure an excellent good customer service is provided to the customer
7. Liaise with lenders, customers and suppliers to coordinate payout
8. Obtain and check invoices and suppliers, ensuring all payout documentation is accurate
9. Working with all third parties to create urgency and ensure deals move quickly through the funnel
10. Understand that all lenders operate differently, learn and respect their process and build excellent individual relationships with them
11. Maintain our own internal CRM and provide reporting to the team as required
12. Support the wider Marketplace Operations team in submitting and managing applications via lender portals
