We are seeking a passionate and driven Head Chef who can inspire a large, established brigade while maintaining consistently high standards across a busy, high-volume operation.
The Role - Head Chef
Lead, motivate and develop a talented kitchen team
Drive food quality, consistency and presentation across all service periods
Champion fresh food cooking and seasonal menu development
Maintain strong kitchen systems, stock controls and GP targets
Work closely with senior management to support the ongoing growth of the business
Deliver a memorable guest experience through exceptional food and leadership
