Operations Excellence Manager From £50k per annum plus bonus and car allowance

This isn’t your average head office role – you’ll be right at the heart of digital transformation, rolling out new systems, streamlining how we work, and making sure our pubs and retail spaces are the best in the business. You’ll help bring fresh ideas to life, from new equipment and products to driving efficiency in every pint poured and meal served..
You will be responsible for implementing new processes and maintaining high operating standards. By collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders, you will play a significant role in shaping our central operations strategy and ensuring alignment with Marston’s objectives.
This is an agile role, based from our modern offices in Wolverhampton at least 2 days a week and travel across our pub estate on a regular basis. All applicants must therefore hold a full driving licence with access to their own vehicle.
What will you be getting stuck into?
* Leading Ops Innovation projects from lightbulb moment to roll-out
* Supporting brand campaigns and making sure everything runs smoothly
* Driving successful launches of new systems and procedures
* Using data and feedback to spot opportunities, fix issues, and keep raising the bar
* Sharing best practice at our Area Operations and pub forums
* Shaping and maintaining our Ops Manual and standards
* Keeping us ahead of the game with the latest industry trends
