Trainee Recruitment Consultant Technology

Salary: £25,000£28,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £45k£60k Year 1)

The Role:
Youll use your sales experience to build relationships with technology professionals and hiring managers, managing the recruitment process end-to-end. From generating new business to closing placements, this role rewards consistency, resilience, and ambition.
Your Responsibilities:
* Prospecting and developing new client relationships
* Sourcing and headhunting skilled tech candidates
* Screening CVs and running interviews
* Managing offers, negotiations, and placements
* Working towards clear targets with uncapped commission
