What you’ll be doing:
As our Social Community Specialist, you’ll be the voice behind our online Pets communities—bringing stories to life, sparking conversations and spreading joy across our social channels. You’ll:
* Engage with pet lovers across the UK
* Spot and share heartwarming, tail-wagging stories from our stores and practices
* Respond to comments, celebrate our top fans, and keep the community buzzing
* Monitor sentiment and help us stay paw-sitive online
* Work with our PR, content and marketing teams to amplify the love
What we’re looking for:
* A natural storyteller with a flair for social media
* Experience growing online communities and creating shareable content
* A proactive self-starter who’s always sniffing out the next big trend
* Great communication skills—you’re as good with people as you are with pets!
* Bonus points if you’ve worked in retail, healthcare or with a CMS
Desirable:
* Understanding of wider marketing mix including creative development, media planning and campaign development
* Commercially minded with experience of budget control and management
