£33,210 - £39,419 per annum

37 hours per week

Permanent

Location: Skegness TEC

Skegness TEC is part of the TEC Partnership, which is a large, innovative, dynamic and financially sound organisation.

We are now offering a fantastic opportunity to join the Skegness TEC in the role of Programme Leader. If you are a team player who is passionate about helping learners reach their full potential, then we want to hear from you!


Overview

We are seeking to appoint a determined, ambitious, and inspiring teacher of maths. This post would suit someone who cares passionately about raising the life chances of students from a range of backgrounds and who is looking to make a significant impact on the lives and education of those they teach. You will be expected to provide an excellent experience to learners through exemplary teaching and learning.


Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality maths teaching, supporting learners to reach Functional Skills and GCSE Maths standards, and contributing to the overall educational experience at Skegness TEC.


About the person

The successful candidate will have an excellent track record in teaching, learning and assessment, strong communication skills, adaptable and with a positive attitude to change. Candidates should also have the ability to foster working relationships with others and a willingness to help and support other staff and students is vital. Furthermore, the candidate will have excellent IT skills, specialist knowledge and experience of teaching/delivering to the Functional Skills and GCSE Maths standards and will ideally hold a Teaching Qualification.
