NJOY Property Group are looking for a customer focused Administrator who has previous front of house experience. Primarily, your role will be to welcome new students from all over the world and helping them settle into their new home for the year.
As a Lettings and Customer Service Administrator, you will have a positive and proactive attitude, handling enquiries from students and private tenants.
This role is varied and is perfect for an Administrator who doesn't want to sit behind a desk all day. You'll get involved with property viewings, preparing tenancy agreements, and handling any client enquiries.
You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be a resourceful problem solver.
Duties include:
1. Acting as front of house reception and for all incoming telephone enquiries and providing high levels of customer service
2. Meeting and assisting private tenants, students and their families and assisting them with their enquiries
3. Preparation of tenancy contracts and agreements
4. Responding to emails using Outlook, updating Excel spreadsheets and using Microsoft Word to edit and prepare a variety of documents/reports
