Job Title: General Manager at Wagamama
As a general manager at Wagamama, you’ll be leading a restaurant team in the Wagamama way, living and breathing our people promise, values, and embodying core leadership behaviors. You’ll be responsible for:
1. Driving sales
2. Inspiring your team to deliver a great guest experience, striving to exceed expectations
3. Developing and growing your team, ensuring they are engaged, motivated, and delivering results

* Experience understanding and managing the financial performance of a restaurant, including budget management and identifying opportunities
* Comfortable managing team labor and reacting to changing demands
