Role Overview
In a Nutshell…
We have an exciting opportunity for a Bid Coordinator to join our team within Vistry South London, at our Stratford office. As our Bid Coordinator, you will:
1. Support the co-ordination and management of PQQs, Frameworks and Tender submissions
2. Draft and edit non-technical content including case studies, CVs, and project references
3. Experienced in managing various portals such as ProContracts, Delta etc.
4. Liaise with internal contributors to gather and refine content
5. Ensure compliance with internal processes and client requirements
6. Produce high-quality graphics to support submissions including flowcharts and organisation charts
7. Support document control and administrative tasks as needed
8. Main bid library and supporting bid team with sourcing bid content
