This allows you to continuously grow and develop as a therapist whilst feeling encouraged and supported throughout’.

‘I have worked in the E&I Therapy Service since I was an NQP and I couldn’t have asked for a more supportive, friendly, and flexible team to work with’.

‘I think that one of the key things that sets the E&I Therapy Services apart is the wealth of CPD opportunities. Sharing knowledge and training within the team is heavily encouraged and external CPD is possible due the setting of our annual goals each year’.

‘The weekly Bitesize sessions mean that our CPD is protected and incorporated into our schedules’.

"The E&I Therapy Service is founded on vast clinical expertise in Speech & Language Therapy (SLT), and as a result, this has accelerated my own professional growth as a therapist. Having access to highly experienced colleagues who are experts in their clinical areas, alongside a diverse caseload, enabled me to gain real depth and understanding within not only my area of clinical interest, but across the broad spectrum of needs that we support as a team’.
