We have just picked up a lovely new role working for a small, professional shipping company in Chelsea. They are an absolutely lovely team of 12 people, and it is a warm, down to earth and welcoming environment. It’ll suit someone positive and personable, who enjoys being in a friendly but sometimes quieter office setting. The best part about this role is the variety, and the exposure you will have across all elements of the business, The role is 50% FOH/Office Support, and 50% supporting the EA to CEO.
Responsibilities
* Greeting guests and managing post
* Arranging travel and meeting
* Coordinating supplies and events
* Supporting the EA with diary management and expenses
* Assisting with personal and family related tasks
* Support with planning private functions and events
Key Skills and Experience
* Experience in a corporate office required
* Proactive attitude
* Well-presented, professional, and personable
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and remain organised
